About Me
I believe meaningful change begins with understanding yourself. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable exploring the experiences, challenges, and goals that bring you to counseling.
I was born and raised in Tennessee and have always appreciated the sense of community and connection that comes with small-town life. My education and occupations have taken me all over the country, and I enjoy exploring new places whenever I have the opportunity. Whether I'm traveling somewhere new or spending time closer to home, I value experiences that help me learn, grow, and see life from different perspectives.

Outside of the counseling office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, disc golf, kayaking, hiking, and finding opportunities to travel. I am a natural explorer and wanderer. I also enjoy learning and am always reading or exploring new ideas that help me grow—both personally and professionally. I believe maintaining balance outside of work helps me be more present for the people I serve.

I believe people are capable of meaningful change when they are given the opportunity to better understand themselves. Whether in counseling or everyday life, curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to grow can open the door to new possibilities. My hope is that every person I work with leaves feeling more understood, more confident, and better equipped to move toward the life they want to create.
